To request a return or report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or Email:

Please include your order number, product details, and clear images (if applicable) to help us process your request faster.

3. Refunds

Once we verify the issue, refunds will be processed quickly. The amount will be refunded to your original method of payment (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5-7 business days. For fruits, vegetables, or fresh produce concerns, after verification via WhatsApp communication, we directly process a refund — no need to return the item.

4. Exchanges

In special cases, if the item is eligible and available, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product type.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if the request is made before dispatch. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellations are not possible, especially for perishable goods.
